I currently have these parts for the project: Garrett T3 turbocharger w/ internal wastegate, GReddy Type RS blow off valve, 2-sets of 2.5″ intercooler piping, HKS intercooler, exahust manifold, exhaust bolts, and donut gasket.
Why put a turbo on a Neon,,,, you will have more into the turbo system then the whole car is worth……. Look into a something you will get the money out of!!!!
Mike,

BE CAREFUL! 2.0 litre neon engines are only designed to take 6 psi of boost stock, more than that and your engine will be confetti! Unless you have done bottom end work, pistons, crank, machine work to the head, the thing might self destruct! I hope it holds together for you. This is the exact reason for the 2.4 litre in the SRT-4, that engine can take the pressure, the 2.0 cannot. I am running into thses problems with my 01 RT. If it is a DOHC, well that can lead to even more problems, I have a SOHC. You are using the best Turbo available, but the engine is suspect. The block will hold up to 400 horses, but the internals will not!
Let me know what happens, I hope it works for you!

try to google it……should’ve thought about buying a vehicle specific kit but guess it’s to late now.
if you need a diagram, you should probably get some help.
join a neon forum and find other people who have made this conversion, they will be able to help you better.
